Safari Yangu Kielimu (SYK) Foundation is Headquatered in Kibaha, Pwani Region. We create a bridge between students, the youth, alumni, mentors, and industry so young people see what’s possible, develop talents, and gain practical tools for self-reliance across the country.

Our Story
Founded by Dr. Charles A Mwamwaja, SYK Foundation responds to the call for relevant mentorship, STEM exposure, and life-ready skills in Tanzanian schools and the general public as a whole especially the youth. We collaborate with Public Offices, local governments authorities, NGOs, and private-sector partners to bring inspirational sessions, innovation hubs, and entrepreneurship labs to the youth throughout the country.
Every program is co-created with professionals and community champions so it complements the national curriculum while also nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and resilience.
